ONLINE PURCHASES

All sales are final including digital download purchases. Due to the nature of the product, returns are not allowed on opened or used products.

Returns/Refunds are allowed if the item is sent back in its original UNOPENED packaging. Please email us directly at info@madamebleu.net if you are returning an unopened item and requesting a refund.

Refunds may be issued for orders that have not been fulfilled. Please email us at info@madamebleu.net to request a refund.
